Your project manager will visit your home shortly before the build is due to commence to discuss the finer details such as electrical and sanitary ware positioning creating the final set of working drawings.

Once the appropriate permissions have been obtained, your building works will commence. Scaffolding will be erected and a crane will deliver your initial materials and steel beams. Until the staircase is due to be fitted, all works will be carried out externally in order to minimise the disruption to you and your family. Throughout your project SureBuild Homes will undertake quality control checks. An independent building Control inspector will also visit on commencement, during and on completion of the project. The time taken to build a loft conversion varies depending on the size of the build and any adverse weather conditions but we aim to complete all works in around 8 weeks from the date the initial materials are delivered.

Once building works are complete, your scaffolding and all other hired equipment will be removed. Building control will visit the site for the final time and your completion documents including your SureBuild Homes guarantee will be collated and issued to you.
